How do I request or remove a service?

How much notice do I have to give to request an extra pick-up?
Although every effort will be made to accommodate same day requests, 24 hour notice is preferred to ensure adequate arrangements can be made.

What should I do if my pick up was missed or I need to check the estimated time of arrival?
Every effort is made to recover any miss collections when possible.  Please report any missed service within 24 hours of the scheduled service time by calling 410-457-5550 or send an email to info@bartenfelder.com

Who should I contact if my containers need repairs?
If your container needs to be repaired / replaced please send an email to info@bartenfelder.com and include a picture to help facilitate a faster response.

Do you offer locks for the containers?
