Helping a Harford County Teacher Start the School Year Strong

At Bartenfelder Sanitation Service, we believe in supporting the people who make Harford County a better place to live, work and raise a family.

Teachers often spend their own money to create welcoming, engaging classrooms for their students. This year, we want to help by sponsoring one Harford County teacher with a classroom shopping spree of up to $500!

The selected teacher may use the shopping spree to purchase classroom supplies, books, educational materials, organizational items, decorations or other resources that will directly benefit their students.

The selected teacher will receive classroom purchases valued at up to $500. The award has no cash value and must be used for approved classroom-related items. By submitting a nomination, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that Bartenfelder Sanitation Service may contact you or the nominated teacher regarding the giveaway.

Who Can Enter?

Nominees must:

• Be a current teacher at a public or private school in Harford County

• Work directly with students in a classroom setting

• Use the awarded items for their classroom and students

• Be willing to participate in a winner announcement and photograph

Teachers may nominate themselves, and parents, students, coworkers, friends and community members may also submit a nomination.

How to Nominate a Teacher

Complete the nomination form below and tell us:

• The teacher’s name and school

• The grade or subject they teach

• Why they deserve to be selected

• How the $500 shopping spree would help their classroom and students

We want to hear what makes this teacher special, so please share specific examples whenever possible!
